How to Book

We have Two Booking Plans for you.


The Non-Refundable Booking Plan

Pay the Full amount Due at the Time of Booking.

The Upside is:- You get £20 per Room, per Night Discount.

The Downside is:- It is Non Refundable in the Event that you cancel.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:-

  • Bookings are Non Refundable and Non Transferable and their full value is Due in the event of Cancellation or No Show.


The Flexible Booking Plan

Pay nothing at the time of Booking. Payment will be taken within 14 days of Arrival.

The Upside is:- Allows for Flexability should you need to Cancel.

The Downside is:- There is no Discounts offered, therefore it is more Expensive.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:-

  • The guest can Cancel or Modify the Booking Free until 14 days before arrival.
  • The guest will be charged the total price if they Cancel or Modify the Booking within the 14 days before arrival or in the case of a No Show.



To Check Availability & Rates

1 On the Secure Online Booking Form, Select the Following

(A) Enter the Dates you want to Stay.

(B) Enter the Number of Rooms you Want.

(C) Enter how many Persons are in your party.

Then Press Check Availabilty.


To Book Accommodation

1 Choose the Room Type you want, and the Price you want, then press Continue

2 Fill in the Guest Details and the Payment Details then Press Book Now


Thats it, you will receive an automated Booking Confirmation by Email and we look forward to meeting you on your Arrival.

How to Cancel

If you have Booked Direct with the Roy Bridge Hotel.

Simply Email us and request your Booking to be cancelled. We will email a confirmation of Cancellation.


If you have booked with an On-Line Travel Agent eg Expedia, etc

As you have booked with them you need to Cancel with them, they inturn will cancel your booking with us.
