Chefs Special Dishes

Please Note:- A 10% Service Charge will be applied to all Tables. The Minimum Card Payment we accept is £15.00.

 

Chefs Specials are normally Dishes that are cooked for Parties that have Pre-Booked their Orders in advance.

However, if the Kitchen is not to Busy it may be possible to order some of those Special Dishes. Why not Ask the Chef!

 

Creamy Garlic Mushrooms - £14.95

Creamy Hot Garlic Button Mushrooms, served on a Garlic Bread Crouton.  Great for Vegetarians.

This Dish could be used as a Starter for Two persons or a Main Course for One person.

Battered Brie Cheese - £14.95

Two triangles of warm Brie cheese coated in Batter accompanied with a Cranberry Compote. Served with Scottish Oatcakes and Butter. Great for Vegetarians

Fillet of Haddock - £18.95

Fillet of Haddock cooked in a delicious White Wine Sauce with Melted Gruyere Cheese and Baby Tomatoes. Served with Chefs Potatoes and Vegetables.

Dianas Chicken - £18.95

Succulent Breast of Chicken stuffed with Smoked Sausage and Mozzarella Cheese wrapped in Serrano Ham accompanied  with a light BBQ sauce. Served with Chefs Potatoes and Vegetables.

Charlies Chicken - £18.95

Succulent Chicken Breast, stuffed with Scottish Haggis ”McSweens” wrapped in Bacon and drenched in a Drambuie Sauce. Served with Chefs Potatoes and Vegetables.

Beef Bourguignon - £18.95

The finest Prime Beef slowly cooked in a Reduction of Red Rioja Wine, Smoked Bacon, Shallots, Mushrooms with Chefs secret blend of Herbs, all in Magnificent Rich Gravy. Served with Chefs Potatoes and Vegetables.

The Lochaber Steppe - £24.95

A Dish for those who really like their Meat, 1.5lb of Scottish Beef, Slowly Braised for Eight Hours served on a Garlic Bread Crouton topped with Chicken Liver Pate and a Tournedos Rossini Sauce. Served with Chefs Potatoes and Vegetables. (24 hours Order Notice Required)
