The Roy Bridge Hotel

The Roy Bridge Hotel which dates from the 1850s is a Traditional Highland Coaching Inn Located Deep in the Northwest Highlands of Scotland. The Hotel sits at the base of the Nevis Mountain Range and is only 12 miles from Fort William.

The hotel is easily accessible by car or train and the Train Station is only 300 metres from the Hotel. We also offer Free Parking.

Cooked Breakfasts are Served in our Restaurant between 8 & 10am.  Evening Meals are served between 6 & 9pm. (10pm in the Summer) Menus can be viewed on this website.

The Lochaber area is a fantastic destination for those who enjoy the many outdoor pursuits available locally, including Canoeing/Kayaking, Hill-Walking, Mountaineering, Mountain Biking and Fishing. It is also known as the Outdoor Capital of the UK. The Nevis Range enjoys great Skiing conditions during the Winter Season and is only 5 miles from Roy Bridge. It is a must for Mountain Bike enthusiasts and Walkers/Climbers throughout the year. The Mountain "Aonach Mor" boasts Scotland's only Mountain Gondola which will transport you 650m up the side of the Mountain where you can follow Mountain Trails to Panoramic Viewpoints.

If those activities sound a bit stressful, you can just enjoy the magnificent scenery, take a gentle stroll in the majestic Glen Roy and observe the parallel roads, a geographical, oceanic feature. Guests can also relax in our Friendly Bar roasting in front of the Log Fire to plan the next days' activities whilst sampling some of our Traditional Ales and Fine scotch Malt whiskies, or in Fine Weather enjoy a Wee Dram in our lovely enclosed Beer Garden.
