The Guest will be held responsible for any Damages caused to the Hotel by the Guest or any person in their Party. The owner of the Hotel will make an estimate of the cost to repair the damages which the Guest is due to Pay. By the Guest staying in the Hotel it is understood that the Guest is in agreement with this condition.

There is a free to park Car Park which is operated on a "First Come, First Parked" Basis. Unfortunately it is not possible to pre-book parking spaces. Only Vehicles up tp the size of a Transit Van may use the Car Park. Mobile Home Vans are not allowed in the Car Park and are not allowed to Park Overnight. All Vehicles are Parked at their own Risk, the Roy Bridge Hotel will not be held liable for any damages or theft from any vehicle.

There is no Lift facilities within the Hotel, therefore disabled access is restriced to The Main Bar/Restuarant and Disabled Toilets.

The Bedrooms are located on the 1st & 2nd Floors and are not accessible via a wheelchair.

We have two rooms in the Glen Roy Lodge that are fit for Disabled Access, One a Double Room the other a Twin Room. Both those rooms are connected  with a locked link door.

The Hotel has High Speed internet access with Wi-Fi available in all areas of the Hotel.

The Bedrooms offer USB Phone Charging Points and 40 inch Large Flat Screen Televisions.

There is a Virtual Porter system being developed to offer Guest an Information Portal.

Accommodation Payments must be paid in Full at the time of Booking.

Our Preferred Payment option is Cash its quicker and we do not have to pay commission on it.

We accept Payment for sums over £15.00 via Contactless Card upto £45.00 over £45.00 via Chip and Pin.

Children are welcome, however they must leave the premises Bar/Restaurant/Cafe areas by 20:00hrs.

1 Dogs are welcome in our Bar, provided they are not Moulting, and that they are Toilet Trained and Well Behaved.

2 Dogs are not allowed in our Restaurant.

Residential Guests that wish to bring Dogs on their Stay at the Hotel must meet the following conditions.

A. The Charge for a Dog is £10 per Dog per Night.

B. Dog Fees can be Paid on Arrival to the Hotel.

C. The Maximum Number of Dogs allowed is limited to 2 Dogs, any additional Dogs will be Charged at £20 per Dog per Night.

D. The Standard Dog Size is that of a Labrador. Dogs Bigger than a Labrador will be Charged at £20 per Dog per Night.

E. The owners must ensure their dogs are not Moulting, and they are Toilet Trained and Well Behaved at all times.

F. Should the Dog Damage any part of the Hotel or make a mess of the Room, then the Dogs owner will be responsible for paying to correct this Damage or Mess.

G. The Hotel must be informed beforehand that the Guests are wishing to bring Dogs.

H. The Roy Bridge Hotel reserved the right to refuse entry to any Dogs at any time for any reason.
